Emily Mitchell joined RRLG in 2015, and is passionate about her role as President. Having previously served as in leadership roles of Head Songwriter and Head of Legal, Emily uses her passion for RRLG and the music industry to drive and direct the label in new directions.
Joe has been involved in Rose Record Label Group for three years. As Vice President of RRL, Joe assists in the functions of the label such as A&R, PR, and Distribution. Joe also plays bass in the artist development band.
CCO of RRL, Head of A&R
Alexa is the CCO of Rose Record Label, and also Head of Artist and Repertoire. As Head of A&R Alexa focuses on cultivating the repertoire and developing the signed RRLG’s Artists. A&R is involved with many tasks such as listening to demos, finding new talent, working with the Artist Development program, and much more. Alexa has been a member of RRLG since her freshman year and currently serves on the Executive Board.
VP S.MAN Publishing
Dan Paoletti is the current VP of SMAN Music Publishing, as well as a producer at THORN productions. In these capacities, he is involved in creative and business roles in the production and publication of music by both label artists and songwriters. He is also co-leading the creation of a works catalog and content licensing platform using label material to explore new avenues for commercial uses for RRLG projects.
Head of Songwriting
Megan Osman is Head of Songwriting. In this position she works to write quality songs for our artists and our catalog as well as represent the other songwriters within songwriting. She is also an active member in Distribution and strives to get Rose Record Label Group's artists's music heard by as many people as possible.
Head of Public Relations
Alexa is a junior and joined RRLG in 2016. As the head of the public relations department, she helps manage the social media pages, plan events, and write press releases.
Head of Art
Ryan Davis is a sophomore Music Industry major at The College of Saint Rose. Ryan is currently the head of the Art Department where he helps to create artwork for the label including logos, album artwork, and promotional materials. He is really enjoying this opportunity as a leader of a department as well as having the opportunity to create art for the label. In the previous year Ryan was a member of SMAN Publishing.
CCO of Thorn
Tyler is a recording engineer for Thorn Productions. He assists the producers, recording EPs and albums for RRLG's artists. Additionally, he is a teacher in the TAP program, a hands on studio training program that records demos for the songwriters for the catalog.
Head of Distribution
Being the head of the distribution department and promotion department here at Rose Record Label, Ryan has helped lead the distribution of music across multiple digital distribution platforms and to radio stations across the area. In the past he has worked as part of the songwriting team in S. MAN Music Publishing and as a part of the PR department.
Head of Legal
Zachary Hess joined RRLG in 2016 as a member of the Legal Team and Thorne production's Tap program. Zachary is currently the Legal Representative for Rose Record Label. In addition to leading the legal team, Zachary works with Artist Development to record and build the Rose Record Label catalog.
Co-creator of T.A.P., A&R Representative, At Large Representative
Judybelle Camangyan has been a member of the Rose Record Label Group for 3 years now. Starting off as the first freshman in Thorn Productions, Judybelle has been a contributing member to the record label's production team. She is a co-founder of Thorn's Apprenticeship Program (T.A.P) and the newest member to Rose Record Label's Artist & Repertoire. Judybelle has worked under the labels Distribution team, ordering CD's and coordinating with the art department to produce tangible media for our artists. She has also been involved in the art department, being the main photographer for our label's events and headshots
Belinda Ligotino is on her second year with RRLG. As an At-Large member of the executive board and an A&R member, she works closely with the signed artists developing their sound and giving a marketable outside perspective in order to launch their careers.
Soobin is a sophomore music industry major with a concentration in the clarinet. Her forte is audio engineering but she also dabbles in songwriting and playing instruments like the ukulele, cello, and piano.
